We Facilitate
At NDAYA, we facilitate acquisition of knowledge and skills in IT and civic education for willing and determined youth individuals. We facilitate the establishment of small-scaled enterprises for successful projects bearers through competitive calls for submissions once a year.
We Empower
We empower youth individuals and populations to believe in themselves and arm them to transform their untarnished potentials into the driving force of change within their families, communities and societies.
We Support
We support children's rights, working with child protection offices to amplify the voices of the unheard in disadvantaged communities. Through our efforts, we convey messages of hope and resilience, ensuring every child’s story is heard and their potential recognized, fostering a brighter future for those in need.

What We Do
How We Do It
We promote excellence through a competitive process of identification of simple and marketable projects ideas aligned with NDAYA’s believes. This does not mean – in not way, at no time, that all submissions not selected would have been bad, or of a lower quality.
Our motto in this context remains crystal clear: “One winner, at a time”.
NDAYA awards a funding called “Token” in the amount of max. USD $1000, to each successful project submission, based on its catalytic potentials and demonstrated articulation of the below criteria of selection.
Team Spirit & Accountability
Project proposal(s) submitted to NDAYA need backing of a three members team working together towards one common purpose. No single individual project submission stands a chance of being considered, as NDAYA is about synergies difficult to achieve alone. This requirement includes family businesses, managed by a couple or members of one single family as the accountability safeguards would be difficult to monitor.
Clear Business Concept and Structure
Project proposal submitted to NDAYA need specification of their business idea (demand or supply driven), a business structure defining the responsibilities of other partners and their affiliation to the initiative, as well as articulate a business plan (vision and strategy for “x” number of results, and “y” impact on the beneficiary communities) in a scope of activities meeting the legal requirements of the country of its execution.
Sustainability and Scalability
Project proposal submitted to NDAYA need association of passion and profitability into its DNA to ensure it’s sustainability of the initial ideas and expansion of the business to scale.
Community Contribution and Impact
Project proposal submitted to NDAYA needs to consider a fair share from this dividend to be redistributed to the community in form of contribution to NDAYA’s further support to others.
Building on Solid Foundation
We prioritize initiatives that have demonstrated a tangible commitment to their mission through active operations for at least six months before seeking our support. This criterion ensures that the initiatives we work with have already laid a solid foundation, showcasing their dedication, potential, and capacity for growth.
